2. FIT: dimensions in mm; coverage map; straps/fixings; openings; installation and intended-use notes.
3. CONSTRUCTION: surface fabric, backing, padding, seams, hardware, material composition.
4. CLAIMS: evidence for the actual model and test conditions; cleaning/care instructions.
5. VARIANTS: quantity per model, size and colour; component matrix for sets.
6. BRANDING: logo method/position, artwork version, colours, labels and packaging approval.
7. PACKING: retail-pack dimensions and weight; units/carton; master-carton dimensions and gross weight.
8. SAMPLES: reference identifier, dated specification, charges, freight, approval/revision conditions.
9. QUOTE: currency, validity, Incoterm/named place, included/excluded charges, payment stages.
10. TIMING: sampling, approval, production starting conditions, dispatch and estimated transit.
11. IMPORT: destination; importer/broker; current official requirements for actual materials/components.
12. APPROVAL: inspection criteria, tolerances and discrepancy handling recorded in writing.
