WHOLESALE BUYER NOTES
Build a private label set with a clear component list.
A custom dog travel set is a coordinated assortment of walking and travel accessories. Buyers choose the components and branding direction; the final specification and availability are confirmed before an order.
Specification checklist for coordinated dog accessory sets| Component | What to agree | Packing decision |
|---|
| Harness | Size chart, adjustment range, construction and logo position. Walking use is separate from vehicle-restraint use. | List quantity per size and whether each harness is packed separately. |
|---|
| Lead and collar | Length or adjustment range, webbing, hardware and coordinated colours. | Define set combinations and label each variant clearly. |
|---|
| Waste-bag holder | Material, opening and attachment details. | Confirm whether bags are included or the holder is supplied empty. |
|---|
| Travel bowl or bottle | Capacity, materials, cleaning instructions and intended use. | Check material information and any destination-market requirements for the selected component. |
|---|
| Retail packaging | Logo, artwork, contents list, barcode and care or usage information. | Specify one coordinated retail pack or individually packaged items. |
|---|
Start with branding or change the product?
Adding a label to an existing product and developing a new size or material are different projects. Separate the component specification from logo methods and packaging artwork. Each can affect minimum quantities, sampling and production timing.
Use the planner above to send your preferred combination. A reference colour or image helps start the conversation, but approve physical samples and artwork before treating a coordinated colour match as agreed.
Keep a size and colour matrix
For a harness, collar and lead set, specify which sizes belong together and how many sets you need per combination. A total order quantity alone can hide very small quantities in individual variants.
Agree how replacements, mixed sizes and incomplete sets will be labelled and packed. Compare the full set’s landed cost with the price and packaging of each component. See wholesale samples and quotation terms.
BEFORE YOU APPROVE A BULK ORDER
Approve the components and the complete retail set.
Use the chosen sample to agree the specification, artwork and packing. These are purchasing checks to plan with your supplier, not claims that an illustrated product has passed testing.
Sample approval checklist| Review area | Before sampling | Keep with your approval |
|---|
| Size combinations | Match harness sizes to collar adjustment ranges and the chosen lead. | Keep a component list for every set variant; review fit and adjustment on samples. |
|---|
| Colour and branding | Specify fabric, webbing, hardware finish, logo method and artwork version. | Review the pieces together using an approved physical colour reference. |
|---|
| Component quantities | List sets per size and colour, and the resulting quantities for each component. | Check product, logo-label and packaging minimums separately before comparing quotes. |
|---|
| Retail presentation | Decide between one coordinated pack and individually packed components. | Approve the contents list, variant identification and packed sample before production. |
