NOVpets is a Shanghai-based B2B sourcing and supply partner for dog car seat covers, boot liners and private label accessory sets. For Australian and New Zealand importers, pet brands and retailers, compare standard, branded and custom orders; confirm MOQ, samples, packing and delivery terms against your buying brief.
01 / YOUR STARTING POINT
An order that fits your business.
Standard products
Start with existing product options and discuss your preferred quantity, colours and delivery requirements.
Your brand, added
Plan logos, labels and packaging for a recognisable collection. Requirements depend on the chosen product and branding method.
A custom collection
Combine complementary products, define colour and size options, and agree your sample and packaging standard.
02 / BEFORE YOU SCALE
Get the sample details right.
Use a physical sample to make the important decisions before production.
Product
Dimensions, construction, materials, fit and intended use.
Branding
Artwork, colours, placement and application method.
Packaging
Labels, barcode requirements, unit packaging and carton details.
Approval
Sample reference, agreed specification and inspection requirements.
03 / A QUOTATION YOU CAN COMPARE
Know what your quote includes.
Quantity & price
Model, variants, minimum quantities, unit price, currency and quote validity.
Timing
Sample and production lead times, starting conditions and estimated transit time.
Delivery
Dispatch location, destination, Incoterm and named place. Clarify freight, duty and GST separately.
Quality & payment
Approved standard, inspection points, payment milestones and handling of discrepancies.
WHOLESALE BUYER NOTES
Compare standard, branded and custom orders.
Wholesale dog travel products are quoted against an agreed product and order mix. A headline MOQ or a single unit price is not enough to compare different suppliers.

Starting specification
What needs separate confirmation
Standard product
Selected seat cover, boot liner or existing accessory configuration.
Available model, colours, MOQ per variant, packaging and dispatch location.
Private label
Selected product plus logo, labels or retail packaging.
Branding method, artwork setup, sample approval and quantities for each colour or size.
Custom set or construction
Component list, dimensions, materials and packaging brief.
Development work, component-level MOQ, sample revisions and production starting conditions.
Minimum quantities and sample costs
MOQ, sample availability and preparation time depend on the actual product, colour, size and customisation. Request written confirmation for your proposed variant mix. Sample charges, branding setup and shipping should be itemised separately from the bulk order.
Approve a reference sample and specification before production. If an artwork, material or component changes after approval, record the change and agree whether another sample is required.
Shipping and a comparable quotation
Record the currency, quantity, delivery term and named place with every price. Ask whether freight, insurance, duties, import GST and local clearance are included. Do not compare an ex-works unit price with a delivered price as though they cover the same costs.
Separate sample preparation, production, dispatch and transit timing. For Australian or New Zealand destinations, use the Australia sourcing checklist or New Zealand sourcing checklist to plan packaging, documentation and importer responsibilities.
NOV PETS focuses on B2B product sourcing. Local Australian or New Zealand stock, fixed delivery dates, test certification and product-specific performance are not implied; these details belong in the agreed quotation and specification.
PRIVATE LABEL ORDER PLANNING
Plan product, label and packaging quantities separately.
A private label dog travel order can involve several minimum quantities: the product variant, the logo application, a woven-label run and a printed-packaging run. Ask for each quantity separately so you can compare the complete order.
What each minimum quantity applies to
Quantity
What to confirm
What to keep in the quotation
Product or component
Minimum quantity per model, size and colour. For sets, check each component rather than only the total set count.
Model reference, dimensions, variant quantities and agreed construction.
Logo application or label run
Application setup, label production quantity and whether the same approved label can be used across different products.
Artwork version, unit or setup charge, labels used now and any paid balance. Agree ownership, storage and reuse terms if labels remain.
Retail packaging
Minimum print run for each box, hangtag or insert design, including variants with different barcodes or contents lists.
Packaging artwork, quantity supplied, packing method and any unused packaging balance.
A worked example: 240 sets, six variants
For planning only, suppose a range contains three harness sizes and two colours, with an equal quantity of each combination. That makes six set variants: 240 sets ÷ 6 = 40 sets per size-and-colour combination.
If every set contains one harness and one same-length lead, the plan needs 40 harnesses per size-and-colour variant and 120 leads per colour. Component minimums still need checking; a 240-set total does not establish that every variant meets its minimum quantity.
Keep leftover labels visible
If, in a separate hypothetical example, a supplier quotes a run of 1,000 labels and the first order uses 240 labels, 760 labels remain. Confirm who pays for that balance, where it is kept, whether it can be reused and how long storage is available.
These numbers illustrate purchasing calculations only. They are not NOVpets MOQ, stock, sample or label-storage commitments. The available quantities and terms for your selected products require a written quotation.
Compare the complete order, not just the unit price.
Start with a product range, approximate quantity and destination. Before you approve an order, keep these details together so different quotations describe the same purchase.

MOQ depends on the product, colour and level of customisation. Tell us which products you’re considering and an approximate quantity, if you have one. We can start by discussing standard products or a branded range.
Can I add my logo and customise the packaging?+
Let’s plan your logo, labels, hangtags and packaging together. Share your preferred finish or a reference image; the available methods and order requirements will be matched to the selected product.
Can I choose what goes into a travel set?+
Yes — use the set planner to select your preferred combination of walking and travel accessories. You can also request a different combination in your enquiry. Final components, colours and size options are agreed before sampling.
Can I see a sample before placing an order?+
Start with a sample discussion so you can review the product, fit, materials and branding. Sample costs, preparation time and shipping are confirmed for your selected products.
Can I mix sizes or colours?+
Include your preferred size and colour mix in your enquiry. We’ll review the combination and confirm minimum quantities for each option with the quotation.
What about lead times and delivery to Australia?+
Your quotation should separate sample preparation, production and shipping time. We’ll confirm the dispatch location, delivery destination and quotation terms for your order. Australian or New Zealand stock is not implied.
